Apiary Salon

It’s not what you do, but how you do it

We started the Apiary Salon because beauty needs connection, and when artists, creatives, and idea generators get together, magic happens. We wanted to create a platform for magic, for authentic hospitality, and to create a space to celebrate the creatives and creators of our community.

The name and concept were inspired by the Salons of old world Europe. Originating in the 17^th century, “salons” began as intimate gatherings and quickly evolved into tribunes for entertainment, connection and expanded perspectives – a tradition that has since suffered near extinction. Apiary’s Salon is a modern revival of sorts – an alchemy spawning the restoration of authentic social interaction and resurgence of artful culinary exploration.

SALON + BAR

The real magic for members happens at our weekly Salon + Bar gatherings each Thursday. Consider Apiary your own private bar for the evening—with delicious passed appetizers and a curated bar of tailored wines and cocktails. The food and drinks are guaranteed to be fabulous, but the absolute pleasure and potential of the connections you make will be what draws you back week after week.

PRIXE FIXE

AN INTIMATE AND EXCLUSIVE DINING EVENT

Prix-fixe is a monthly, members only, dinner highlighting the best of the season. You will be able to book a private table for you and your guests at a specific time. Menus are prix-fixe and change each month. We will reach out ahead of time to collect any dietaries for your table.

SUPPER CLUB

A COMMUNAL FEAST ROOTED IN HUMAN CONNECTION

Supper Club is one of our favorite events. You will gather with the other guests for passed appetizers and cocktails in our winter room ahead of dinner, then be escorted into the dining room where we will seat you and your guests together at long communal tables to share food and curated house wines with other members of the Salon family.

OMAGE

A PROGRESSIVE FETE FOR THE SENSES

In addition to the member exclusive gatherings detailed above, we host Omage events. Omage events change concept regularly and only pop up at special times throughout the year. These events are inspired by the places and artists driving the world of innovative cuisine. We pay homage to the masters, while showcasing the fluidity of our accomplished kitchen. Omage can manifest as either a sophisticated plated dinner, or a rumpus soirée with live chef lead cooking stations and live music.
