Apiary has earned a reputation of culinary excellence and hospitality over the past 15 years. We now open our doors to the community and invite you to experience the magic that is Apiary. No two OMAGE events are alike; each is inspired at every level — from cuisine, to floral, to wines and cocktails, you can always expect a unique experience.

Our dinners and parties require advanced booking, thus we cannot accept walk-ins. You can purchase tickets and make reservations through Tock.

A SEATED multi-course dinner

Omage Destination

OMAGE Destination dinners pay homage to the places that inspire us. We will touch every one of your senses with our most authentic take on honoring the styles, colors, sounds, spices, textures, and flavors that create the subtleties of culture. Consider these events a step outside of the every day and into an immersive experience of another corner of the world.

Destination dinners are a seated multi-course tasting menu. You will purchase a table for you and your guests at a specific time, like any restaurant. We will collect dietaries for your party ahead of your arrival. OMAGE Destination dinners change concept regularly and only pop up at special times throughout the year.

AN INTERACTIVE, COCKTAIL-STYLE EXPERIENCE

OMAGE Soirées pay homage to the places that inspire us. We will touch every one of your senses with our most authentic take on honoring the styles, colors, sounds, spices, textures, and flavors that create the subtleties of culture. Consider these events a step outside of the every day and into an immersive experience of another corner of the world.

Our Soirées are free flowing events with live music and chef lead cooking stations. You will not have a reserved table, though there are plenty of areas to find a seat with your group. Once you’ve eaten, we hope you’ll grab a drink and hit the dance floor!

AN INTIMATE AND INSPIRED DINING EVENT

PRIX FIXE

COST: $125 + Gratuity

Part of the OMAGE Dinner Series, our Prix Fixe dinners offer an inspired menu featuring best-of-season ingredients. You will be able to book a private table for you and your guests at a specific time. Menus are curated for the evening, along with optional wine pairings, and change each month. We will reach out ahead of time to collect any dietaries for your table.

A BEAUTIFUL BLEND OF WINE EXPLORATION AND Culinary Art

WINE DINNER

COST: $175 + Gratuity

Gather with the evening's guests for canapés and libations in our Winter Room Bar ahead of dinner, then be escorted into the dining room where we will seat you and your guests together at long communal tables to enjoy a feast for the senses. Each of the five courses will be artfully crafted and paired with a different wine from the chosen region. Our resident sommelier will guide you through this special experience.

*Ticket price includes all food and selected wine pairings. A full bar will also be available for purchase.

AN OPEN-AIR CULINARY AFFAIR

ASADo

Asado is an off-premise culinary experience steeped in years of tradition. As the sun drops below the horizon, the air cools, the crickets sing, and warm fires light up the night sky, our chefs perfect the art of open-air grilling. Indulge in hearty tapas, charcuterie, wine and curated cocktails with fellow guests as the band plays under the stars. Prepare to join friends, new and old, in a feast of masterfully charred fare and savory sides — all the ingredients for a truly unforgettable experience.

A CLANDESTINE RENDEZVOUS

Secret supper

Secret Supper brings back the thrill of anticipation. The clandestine location is off-premise and only revealed to guests the day of the event. Every detail - from the menu and pairings to the ambiance and décor, will be drenched in mystique and be artfully presented as the night unfolds. The magic of Secret Supper is not to be missed.
