As part of this experience, guests can explore our world-class venue in the heart of Downtown Lexington, starting with a cocktail in the elegant Winter Room bar while we prepare your table. Dinner unfolds with several expertly crafted courses, including an entrée preselected upon booking. Wine from our cellar and optional pairings by our sommelier elevate each dish to new heights. There are no assigned seats—just inviting spaces to relax, mingle, and soak up the atmosphere. At Terroir, we invite you to embark on a sensory journey that celebrates the deep connection between land, wine, and food.

Exploration begins in our Winter Room Bar, where guests gather and enjoy small bites and a welcome drink, each inspired by the evening’s featured wine region. From there, you’ll be escorted into the dining room, where long communal tables await, inviting you to share in a feast for the senses. Each of the courses is artfully crafted to align with the evening's chosen wines, with every dish complementing the terroir of the featured region. Our resident sommelier will guide you through this journey, enriching your experience with insights into the unique characteristics of each pairing. At Terroir, we invite you to embark on a sensory journey that celebrates the deep connection between land, wine, and food.

Asado is The Apiary’s premier off-premise dining experience where community, entertainment, and farm-to-table ingredients come together in a picturesque natural setting. 

At Asado, guests are invited to an outdoor venue where the evening begins with cocktails, wine, bonfires, and hearty conversation. The heart of Asado is the grill, where our chef team prepares locally sourced meats and produce over hot coals right before your eyes. When the dinner bell sounds, guests gather around seasonally-adorned tablescapes to share a family-style meal. During the evening you'll hear the origin stories of your meal from the local farmers, chefs, and curators who brought it to life. As the sun sets, the evening continues with drinks, laughter, and s’mores, creating an unforgettable night under the stars.
An Undiscovered and Unforgettable Taste.

Secret supper

Secret Supper brings back the thrill of anticipation, inviting guests to a culinary adventure where mystery and elegance converge.

The evening begins at The Apiary with a welcome drink and appetizers before guests are whisked away in blacked-out limousine buses to a clandestine location, revealed only on the day of the event. Every detail—from the menu and pairings to the ambiance and décor—is drenched in mystique and artfully presented as the night unfolds. At the secret venue, a multi-course dinner reflects the essence of the hidden setting, deepening the connection to the evening’s theme. Secret Supper is a celebration of the unexpected, offering a magical experience that enchants and inspires.
