Fall Prix Fixe – Act 2 Entrée Selections:

• Pork Chop: Roasted pork chop with pork belly, parsnip purée, snap peas, and soy pork jus.
• Beef Tenderloin (+$20): Served with potato soufflé, charred broccolini, roasted cipollini onions, and au Poivre.
• Bouillabaisse (+$20): A seafood stew with shrimp, sea bass, mussels, clams, and saffron fumet.
